I had an amazing lymphatic drainage massage with Carolina! She was so informative and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire treatment. The spa itself was super clean, cozy, and beautifully set up. I left feeling lighter and refreshed—highly recommend!

The infared sauna was quite relaxing. Never realized how long 20 minutes could be especially when not scrolling on my cellphone to keep me company. The location of Sea Cliff’s newest esthetic spot is so relaxing and filled with lots of beautiful sleepware, jewelry and a lot of face care products. Laura is a fantastic, and if you want hands on, instructor. The sessions are always different. The wisdom wise like a guru sage! Love her classes! And I love how you can book an sauna appointment to warm up the body before going into the class.
