Louise is so welcoming and knowledgeable. The sauna pod is a game changer for me, alleviating chronic pain, inflammation and giving me a much needed energy boost. I highly recommend having a go.

Had my first visit today for a Indian head massage from the minute I walked in. The room was warm and welcoming. I felt so relaxed. I come out feeling even more relaxed. Definitely revisit. Highly recommended.

I just tried my first sauna pod. Louise is super calming and has made a wonderful, peaceful space to unwind. I tried the sauna pod to support other health changes I am making - what I know so far is I left feeling calm and so incredibly & deeply warm (on this horrible wet & cold evening!) and that is a lovely indulgence in itself. I'm going to book my next session and look at all the other wonderful things that Louise has to offer in this space.

Upon entering the salon, I was immediately captivated by the spa-like ambiance. The serene atmosphere, combined with soothing music created a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The treatment I received was nothing short of sublime. Fantastic massage, feeling relaxed and much looser. Sally listened to my concerns and tailored the massage to my needs. Probably the best massage I've ever had from a clearly knowedgable therapist. The spa room was well equipped and conducive to a very relaxing treatment.

The waxing was quick and thorough, and the pedicure exceeded my expectations compared to other high street salons I have visited, especially with the relaxing massage at the end.
