I love coming to this haven! Its not just the best massage you could every possibly have (highly rec Indian head massage) its everything that comes with it Alaines care and thought that goes into YOU from the moment you walk in she always goes above and beyond from the lovely herbal drinks, to her amazing products and essential oils, the stunning spa sanctuary she has created, to being a safe outlet to offload about life she always makes you feel seen & pampered! The whole environment is wonderful and ever so cosy. Her passion for what she does shines through immediately. 10/10 every time! :)

The best experience! Alaine is just so perfect at her craft in every was not only is she the best massage therapist the whole experience is 10/10 her gorgeous retreat is a holistic sanctuary a real hidden gem best way to completely switch off, relax & reset! she goes above and beyond to ensure it’s a lovely experience from the moment you enter. I make this a regular monthly feature as an essential part of my life for wellbeing. I am quite particular with massages and spas but i could not recommend OM Holistics enough.

What a gorgeous experience with Alaine. She is so thoughtful and knowledgeable, you can tell how passionate she is about what she does. She goes above and beyond to make her clients feel special with lots of extra touches turning just a facial or a massage into a full calming and relaxing experience. I had a buccal release massage which was amazing. I’m already looking at what treatment to have next. Thank you so much Alaine, you are wonderful!

Liv always makes me feel completely relaxed and comfortable. She took the time to talk through my skin concerns, explained what products she was using, and tailored the treatment specifically to my skin type. It felt really personalised rather than a “one size fits all” facial. The treatment itself was so soothing gentle cleansing, exfoliation, extractions done carefully. My skin felt deeply cleansed, hydrated, and glowing straight afterwards. Even days later, I’ve noticed my complexion looks brighter and smoother. If you’re thinking about booking a facial, do it and definitely book with Liv

This was my second facial today with Olivia, and she really made the whole experience feel easy and comforting. She has this calm, steady way of working that helped me relax right from the start. She explained what she was doing throughout each step and it enough to make me feel cared for. By the end, my face felt clean, soft, and refreshed, but what stood out most was her presence: warm, patient, and genuinely kind. I left feeling lighter, thanks to both the facial and the way she carried the space. Wouldnt trust anyone else with my skin!
