I had an amazing head spa and facial service from Jemma! The environment was relaxing and friendly from the get go, and Jemma is just as lovely as she is skilled. I tend to hold alot of tension in my jaw, and the difference after the treatment feels incredible. Will definitely be back, thank you!

Tracey was so warm and friendly and really put me at ease. I haven’t really booked myself a massage before because I’ve always felt too nervous, but I will 100% be coming back here. I left feeling so renewed and refreshed it was unreal. Highly recommend, thank you! Really lovely relaxing atmosphere as well - almost hypnotic!

I had a really great experience. Tracy was very welcoming and I felt comfortable straight away. She’s clearly experienced and works with a calm confidence that makes it easy to relax. I really appreciated how attentive she was throughout. She kept checking in about the pressure and adjusted it exactly to what I needed. It felt very personal, not like a routine treatment. I left feeling so much better, both in body and mind. You can tell she genuinely cares about her work and the person she’s treating. I’ll definitely be back and can fully recommend her.

Great hydra facial. My skin absolutely glowed after the treatment, couldn’t believe the difference. Would highly recommend.

First time going to Ains Beauty and I’ll definitely be going back. I saw this salon advertised on instagram and the hydra facial looked impressive compared to ones I’d had before, I decided to give them a go and booked in for a hydra facial with Naila. Naila was lovely and spent time going through my skincare routine and advised on a more suitable facial for my skin type. I took Nailas advice and I’m so pleased I did, my skin feels and looks amazing, my skin was very dehydrated and dull and now it’s glowing. I highly recommend Naila and I’ll definitely be going back.😊
