LOVE this infrared sauna. So cosy and toasty. And it REALLY helps alleviate pain that I'm experiencing in my legs from surgeries I've had done lately. Thanks again.

Great experience yet again. The sauna is always pre-heated when you arrive so it's lovely and toasty. It is helping with pain and discomfort and pain in my leg massively so I'm booked in for a couple more sessions. I've taken advantage of the great deals that are on. Thank you x

I had a fantastic treatment today with Lauren, She gave me a bamboo massage combined with an Indian head massage, and it was incredibly relaxing while also easing a lot of tension. Lauren made me feel completely at ease and tailored everything perfectly. I left feeling lighter, calmer, and so much better overall. Highly recommend!

A very clean environnent. The sauna is first class. Great heat output, which you are able to control. You can also put some tunes on whilst relaxing. High recommended.

I always look forward to my IR sauna at RFW it’s not only for it’s purpose of detoxication which you can see and feel at the time but an overall commitment to a program is fantastic for the mind which I find very motivating towards my goal of achieving and maintaining good levels of self care.
