I had a pleasant first visit at Rejuvenate Cardiff (Hayes Lane) where I was booked for the luxury Lymphatic Lift Facial. Natalie, the specialist, stood out with her expertise, reflecting a genuine passion for her work. The attention to detail during the procedure was remarkable. The facial was truly unique, unlike any I've experienced before. I highly recommend entrusting your skincare in Natalie's capable hands at Rejuvenate Cardiff. Looking forward to my next visit.

Amazing set up with friendly and knowledgable staff supporting you. I experienced the recovery lounge with contrast therapy (hot and cold), red light therapy and pressotherapy. The guys were super friendly and let me try the oxygen therapy experience as well. Highly recommend experiencing what Cardiff Wellness lounges have to offer, a fantastic and affordable facility to meet your recovery goals or support with your training goals. I'll most definitely be returning.

Only an hour drive away from Llanelli I find myself at The Wellness Lounge Cardiff. I park up in a free space and I'm greeted by the Boss. Im booked in for a massage with Paul and then I have time in the hot/cold therapy room as well as being given the opportunity to test out the IPC boots and some oxygen therapy. I had a ball! The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. I've woken up feeling like a new woman! Highly reccomend, 10 million stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The spa itself is gorgeous, relaxing and well designed. The therapist was amazing- I would highly recommend. I'll definitely be requesting her next time.

Amazing experience. The spa itself is gorgeous, and Mac was incredible. She was so friendly and lovely, she made me feel really comfortable and relaxed; then the treatment itself was a dream. Will definitely be returning. Thank you Mac!!!

Truly a spa like feeling, Emily was fantastic and took into consideration my skin type and allergies/sensitivities. The treatment wasn't rushed at all, and I felt so comfortable. I'm usually very afraid of needles, and I had the microneedling done with no problems at all because I was so relaxed and trusted her wholeheartedly. She used correct PPE and had all single-use materials (not always a given at an at-home salon). Im looking forward to going back in 4 weeks. Could not recommend her more!

Awesome experience! Really impressed. I have a severe skin issue and had a really thorough consultation. Removed my anxieties and worries and checked in with me throughout the appointment to manage the situation with my skin and to make sure I was comfortable at every step. Relaxed atmosphere along side a relaxing treatment Learned about my skin and its needs. I have tried a number of treatments for my skin and this was the first treatment where my expectations were managed. It’s also the first treatment I’ve had where I saw results very quickly. grateful for the treatment and care given

I went with my friend and we had a lush time!! We enjoyed the infrared sauna, the red light therapy and the pressotherapy! Was so relaxing! Will definitely go back!

A wonderful, relaxing facial with Natalie. Natalie took care to make sure I was fully versed in what the treatment entailed and made sure I was relaxed and comfortable prior to the treatment. I suffer from jaw tension and teeth grinding, so was relived to have the inner massage to tackle some of the after affects of this. There was almost an instant difference to my skin and the post glow effect was really noticeable. This morning putting make up on, it sat much easier on my skin. No need for Charlotte Tilbury flawless filter today. Thank you Natalie, would definitely recommend.

I found Emily by chance online & am so pleased I did. I wasn't sure which treatment to have so once we'd gone through all the necessary allergy/medical questions, Emily went through the various treatments that would be most beneficial to me as it was my first visit. She really is the sweetest & most patient & very knowledgeable. I chose a facial peel treatment & it's the best, most thorough I've ever had. Was definitely worth the journey from Chepstow to Cardiff. Have now booked for my daughter & will be rebooking for myself. Can't recommend Emily enough x
