I tried several spas during my trip, and finally found next to my hotel. The spa is extremely clean, professional, relaxing, and truly feels like a luxury spa experience. But the main reason for this review is Rosa. I did several body and facial treatments with her, and she was amazing every time. Very attentive, professional, and caring. During the treatments I felt so relaxed it almost became like a meditative trance. She is extremely skilled at what she does, and you can really feel the quality of both her technique and the products they use. Highly recommended spa especially Rosa.

I recently had a spa treatment with Fathma, and it was an amazing experience. From the moment the session started, I felt completely at ease. Her technique was incredibly relaxing, and my stress melted away almost instantly. She is highly professional, attentive, and skilled at what she does. This salon is very nice. The staff take care of their clients and listens to our concerns and requests. Sherine did such a great job with my choice of facial. I chose to do the anti-aging and brightening facial. She talked me through what was happening and constantly checked in to see how I was feeling allowing me to feel comfortable. I walked away feeling very relaxed and calm. Just note that you may have to pay with cash if you don’t have a local bank card.

I had an great experience with Shey! I got Moroccan body polish & Hydra Glow facial and I’m still glowing three days later ✨ My skin is shining so bright and feels incredibly smooth and refreshed. I visited today for an Indonesian traditional massage with an add-on head massage. The therapist, Rathu, was skilled, and the overall ambiance and interior of the spa were lovely—very calming and well-designed. The experience was good, though it didn’t surpass treatments I’ve had at other places. One downside was that the head massage was done without any oil, which caused my hair to tangle and form knots. Using some oil could have made the experience more comfortable. Overall, a relaxing visit but with some room for improvement.

Came here because the Chi Spa inside our hotel was fully booked. Great find. Lovely welcoming staff. Great masseuse. I had the 90 minute Aromatherapy massage and was not disappointed. It was great, came away feeling relaxed and re-energised at the same time. Would come back again. Great value for money and would recommend.
