As a carer for my disabled daughter I very rarely get time to fully switch off and do something just for me. I had my first Japanese head spa with Jasmine last week and it definitely won't be my last! From the moment you walk in the building the space is so calming, well thought out and beautifully decorated. Jasmine is a wonderful, gentle soul and the actual treatment itself is fabulous. I really recommend splashing out and adding the facial, my skin hasn't looked this good in years and I left feeling so relaxed and refreshed, just the reset my nervous system needed!

My mother-in-law was treated to an Indian Head Massage with Melissa. She came out beaming & stated it was the most relaxing experience ever. She didn’t realise how much tension she had in her shoulders & stated Melissa did a brilliant job in making her feel relaxed and comfortable during the treatment. Thank you so much, Melissa! Me and my Mum both had a luxury japanese head spa and reiki ritual and were so impressed with both treatments. Extremely relaxing and the treatment rooms were beautifully decorated to create the perfect atmosphere to unwind. Will definitely come back.

Highly recommend the menopause massage with Jessica. Such a lovely relaxing experience personally tailored to ease my specific symptoms, with aftercare suggestions of things I can do myself at home too, which is a great touch!

Sarah always surprises me every time when I attend adjusting the therapy for my needs then. I went to see her as a 80 year old body and left full of energy like a 20 year one! Not working in the area anymore, booking in with Sarah was a priority once I knew I was spending the Christmas break locally. As always it didn’t disappoint, peaceful, relaxing, enabling me to centre myself in prep’ for the Christmas period.
