An amazing treatment from Chloe. I went as I have general aches in my back and shoulders and she worked out so many of my knots. The setting was lovely and warm and service excellent. Chloe was really lovely to chat to. Can’t wait to book in again!

If I could give a 6th star I would! The customer service has been excellent when dealing with staff face to face and on email. They’ve listened to the needs of my child and responded on a personal level. I’d highly recommend them!

My son loves going and getting so much out of the sessions. Josh is really great with him and others too when supporting Josh. My son’s technique has really developed but most of all, he loves the session, gained confidence and loves to go.

I had a great sports massage from Andy which left me wondering why I’d left it so long since my last one. Felt instant relief in my problem areas (shoulder and lower back) Already looking forward to booking in again to get more work done by him. I’ve been seeing Ryan for a few months, initially for knee/joint pain, which was causing a lot of discomfort. He took the time to understand the situation and mechanics and has helped to manage it using various treatments resulting in a definite improvement in pain levels. Alongside the treatment I am now having regular strength and conditioning sessions with him to help build a strong foundation, prevent further injuries and to work on the fitness goals that I would like to achieve.
