Phenomenal as ever. I feel so relaxed and my body feels so much looser. Harriet asked me many questions to get a good background to my problem - my claves … it’s always my calves whatever exercise I do. However not only did she work on calves and feet she related the problem to other areas too. I found the whole process relaxing and informative. Yes, it hurt at times but she is very mindful of that. I will be booking more appointments…. I feel really good. 😁
