Firstly, the space is very clean and calming, making the entire atmosphere very comfortable and pleasant. I did the brightening duo facial involving gentle (not manual) extractions + carbon peel laser + pico laser + mask + red light therapy. Joey was very knowledgeable and gentle, educating me on my skin, giving me product recommendations and advice on how to take better care of my skin. I left with my dark spots slightly lightened, radiance and barely any redness. Zero hard selling unlike other places and nothing but warmth and professionalism from her! Results were amazing within the session

I’ve done sugaring at other parlours before, and it was always quite painful. But with Shermin, the experience was so much better! She constantly checked in to make sure I was okay throughout the session, which I really appreciated since I have a very low pain tolerance. She’s also super friendly and chatty, which honestly distracted me from the pain most of the time! 😂 Thank you for making the whole experience so comfortable. Definitely looking forward to coming back!
