I had a wonderful treatment with Mel today. I had a microdermabrasion facial which to be honest I wasn't sure if it would be a painful experience but my goodness Mel has the touch of angels, i was simply amazed with the whole treatment, I have never felt so relaxed😌 I almost slipped off the bed 😊 my face felt absolutely gorgeous and I have already booked my next appointment infact I can see myself being a regular client here. I also met Rachel today, such a lovely lady. I would definitely recommend that you have some of the wonderful treatments that are available, you won't be disappointed.

Hey I had a facial and neck and shoulder massage with Mel in the St Helens clinic. Before the treatment I felt tired and tense and after the treatment I felt happy and relaxed. Highly recommend this place.

Had another wonderful treatment today with Mel she is excellent at her job, and such a very pleasant woman I now have monthly treatments with her and have always come out of the salon feeling fantastic 😀 Thank you very much Mel I will see you in August. Mel is so lovely and welcoming, really makes you feel at ease. I had a facial with massage and it felt amazing, I felt all my tension melting away in my chest and shoulders and my skin feels so smooth. The salon has a welcoming relaxing feel. 5 star for cleanliness. I also love the little things, I was offered a bottle of water on arrival and asked to choose the bottle I was drawn to the most, the surprise was a pretty affirmation card with an action on the reverse to complete to help you focus on your own wellness. I thought this was a great touch that shows attentiveness to thier customers.

I've never had a facial before and have little to no understanding of how to care for my skin other than that sold to me through social media, which ive learnt today isn't exactly accurate. Lucy was so friendly and easy to talk to. She answered all my questions and explained everything thoroughly. My unicorn facial with Lucy was gorgeous from start to finish, she explained everything she was doing and prepared me for the part of the treatment where my skin my feel a bit of tingling. What I’ve came out with is gorgeous younger looking glowing skin! I’ve been seeing Lucy for a year now and honestly my skin has never looked better! I’ve been getting treatments from Lucy at Sorella since end of last year my skin has never looked better! Even the aftercare advise and products she’s recommended for home have all been perfect for my skin. Lucy is so friendly and welcoming, alao very knowledgeable when it comes to skin... I have never felt more relaxed or enjoyed a treatment more and can’t wait for the next one... Lucy recommended some high street products which would be beneficial to me and was happy to talk me through a good skincare routine and answered all of my questions. I’ve been going to Lois for a while now! She’s honest as in she won’t do a treatment of you don’t need it! I have Botox and skin boosters and this time we put skin booster under my eyes! Now I was petrified because I’ve never under my eyes done! Lois is very professional in what she dose talks me through every time and made up we did under the eyes! Thanks Lois x
