Oh em gee...what an amazing experience! From the moment the receptionist so kindly checked us in to each service- infrared sauna, salt cave, and the facials with AVA were so relaxing. Overall, a great friend's day at the spa.

It was my first time and I look forward to going again. I loved the whole experience. I felt calm and comfortable and so relaxed. The sound therapy was amazing. It was interesting to feel how I reacted to the different sounds.

I had a 30 minute massage with MJ. I needed work on my shoulder, upper, neck area, feeling tightness mainly on my right shoulder area. MJ did a great job. He applied just the right pressure, and adjusted when I informed him it was too much in a few areas. The pace was just right, not too hurried. I felt that he was “present” and attuned to my muscles’ response. After the massage I continued my relaxation in the salt room. After our exposure to poor air quality these past few days due to the Canadian forest fires, I thought I’d give my lungs some tlc. I was feeling very good when I left.

I Had a amazing experience a full spa day from a facial massage sauna and salt cave a beautiful peaceful place to visit Thank you to receptionist that greets you to Ava who did my facial to M J who did my massage I came out of there with a glow refreshed and relaxed.
