This was my 5th massage at Praan and they never disappoint. I got the 45 min Head, Neck & Shoulders + 45 min Foot Reflexology services with Vicky and was so deeply relaxed afterward you would have had to peel me off the table. I’ll 100% be back very soon

This was the best massage we’ve ever had. We got a couples massage and massage therapists were extremely good, intuitive, listened and checked in throughout the massage about areas of concern and the amount of pressure applied. They know their craft well. Both of us have had many, many massages over the course of our lives from different practitioners and with different styles- but this one was the best. Praan massage is above and beyond with the quality of their bodywork. These are true healers- make an appointment and go- your body and health will thank you.

I had a 90 min massage - Head, Neck & Shoulders + Foot Reflexology - I walked in, with so much tension from recent stress and I’ve never walked out of a massage feeling so light loose and relaxed. Every massage experience I have here is magnificent and I can’t speak highly enough of the facility.

I really enjoyed my 90-min massage and left feeling so much better than when I came in. My massage therapist used a really good amount of pressure and did a great job of adjusting when needed. The main drawbacks were: (1) the room was a little chilly for me - the therapist did warm up the table when I mentioned it, which helped, but I would've found it easier to relax if the room were a few degrees warmer. This place is incredible, massage is both relaxing and a stretch for your muscles.Staff are all lovely and very helpful in the most gracious way possible. I got the "Integrated Body Work" massage with Grace. Her magic hands and feet (yes feet) found crevices I didn't even know I had, and then massaged them out. Her technique gave me the most satisfying combination of relaxing and therapeutic massage. She integrated stretches while massaging that doubled the affect of the massage without making it seem like a sports massage or post work-out stretch. I can't do it justice describing it (which may be why it has such an interesting title) but it is the best massage I've ever had. If you carry your stress in your neck and shoulders, see Grace!
