I’ve had several reflexology treatments with Sylvia and every single one has been amazing. Today I had my very first Swedish massage — and it was absolutely incredible! Having had massages before with a well-known company, I can honestly say today’s was by far the best. It was so relaxing and soothing from start to finish. A fantastic deep tissue massage - The pressure was spot-on and really helped release deep tension without feeling rushed. He was very friendly and I felt very comfortable and at ease with him.. The session treated the exact spots I needed pain relief in and I left feeling noticeably more relaxed and mobile—highly recommended.

I had a microneedling facial with Jade and the whole experience was lovely. She made me feel so welcome and relaxed from the start. The shoulder, neck and facial massage was amazing and really helped relieve my jaw tension. Jade checked I was comfortable throughout the microneedling and explained the aftercare clearly. Even the ice-cold bottle of water at the end was a lovely touch. My skin already feels firmer, plumper and has a beautiful natural glow. I highly recommend Jade!

I had a sports massage with Erika and it was an excellent experience. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable from the start. She quickly identified the areas of tension and used the right amount of pressure throughout the treatment. After the session I felt much less tight, more relaxed, and had a noticeable improvement in my mobility. Erika also gave me helpful advice on stretching and recovery. I highly recommend Erika to anyone looking for a skilled sports massage therapist. I’ll definitely be booking another session!

I gifted my mum a sports massage session with Erika, and it turned out to be such a wonderful experience for her. Erika is incredibly professional and made my mum feel comfortable from the very beginning. She took the time to understand her individual needs and tailored the treatment specifically for her, which made a real difference. It was a lovely session—very calm and relaxing. Sylvia thought of every detail, from a little box for your jewellery to a warm, cosy massage bed and even a takeaway tea to enjoy afterwards. Be prepared to be massaged from top to toe, slowly and thoroughly 🙂 I couldn’t recommend it more.

Incredible experience. I’ve had two sessions so far, and Lea has really helped relieve my knots and tension from chronic pain. The environment is very relaxing, and she even followed up with instructions on exercises I can do at home to help relax the muscles. Very caring and attentive. I would highly recommend her!
