The most amazing experience with Paola. She was very welcoming and friendly upon arrival and went through what she would be doing in the treatment. I had my first treatment today, Sophie was so knowledgeable, yet humble. It was clear from our brief consultation that she knows what she's talking about;hormones, nervous system, body stress etc. She's very attuned to different people's bodies, I felt she knew what I needed pretty quickly. Sophie goes deep, beyond the physical aspects of a 'massage'. My actual treatment today was unlike any IV had before, each movement was with such considered intent and purpose, tackling multiple release points. I had a lymphatic drainage hybrid. I'm at complete ease of knowing I'm in good hands.

Paula was amazing! The most warm and welcoming experience I have ever had! I went for a hollywood wax so not the most relaxing treatment itself, however Paula made me feel so calm.. . I was quite anxious and slightly dreading going for the treatment as it’s my second time ever having it after a bad first experience. I never thought i’d say this, but I enjoyed the treatment and meeting Paula! I felt so comfortable, it was almost painless!! Paula is Hockley Heaths best kept secret! I cannot recommend her enough. Thank you!!

When having my eyebrows done I was amazed at how natural they look the whole experience was so relaxing from start to finish I felt really comfortable, and relaxed enough to fall asleep why having it done, I wouldn’t say it was really painful there was some discomfort at times but no where near as painful as I thought it would be. Paola made me feel at ease it was very clinical I could see that cleanliness is high on her agenda. I couldn’t fault it. I would definitely like to re book for a massage and facial thank you so much you have a beautiful spa that smells amazing. You did an amazing job

An excellent neck and back massage in a comfortable and warm environment. Whilst being very professional Natalie is very welcoming and easy to talk to.
