Great,as always. Jo really listens to whatever you’re saying and what your body is saying and tailors her approach accordingly. As always brilliant session, legs are improving, muscles are becoming more relaxed as time goes on over past few months, muscles were very odemitous, but not as much can't believe the improvement in such a short space of time, should have done this year's ago and kept on top of it, but Jo is amazing with the massage therapy and advice, defo recommend

How was my visit? Wow, just so relaxing, Sarah does the most amazing treatments. The only downside is when she goes on holiday and I CAN’T have my monthly visit!! Wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

I had a Japanese Tsuboki facial with Adele and it was a wonderful experience. Adele was professional, welcoming, and made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived. The treatment was deeply relaxing and helped release tension in my face, neck, and shoulders. My skin felt refreshed, lifted, and glowing afterwards. Adele’s expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout. I left feeling rejuvenated and pampered. I would highly recommend Adele and will definitely be booking another treatment soon.
