I'd never had a massage before friday and decided to go Ruby following excellent reviews. I've struggled to relax for a long time but as soon as I stepped into Ruby's refuge, I felt instantly at ease. Ruby is really knowledgeable about true wellness and relaxation, took her time getting to know me and what I wanted out of the session and made suggestions including using sound which I'll be honest I was unsure of when first suggested - the massage and sound was amazing. I left feeling so relaxed and bright but calm and that has stayed with me for days! Ill be going back as soon as I can!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had Sophie's bespoke head spa treatment, and it was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Every part of the experience was so relaxing, and Sophie knew exactly what I needed. She tailored the treatment perfectly and definitely didn't disappoint. I was so relaxed that I actually fell asleep, which says it all! Sophie really is the queen of head spas. Her attention to detail, care, and passion for what she does really shine through. I left feeling completely refreshed and can't wait to book my next appointment. Amazing. 100% Amazing. I had a wonderful restorative massage to ease stress, followed by my first ever individual sound bath. It was the closest to a meditative state as I have ever been. Ruby is truly gifted and I am so thankful I came across her refuge. Thank you Ruby xx

Excellent - very welcoming and the traditional Thai massage is certainly an experience. Lots of focus on a painful shoulder too which I can honestly has seen some serious relief today. 5/5 cheers ladies

I had my first massage with Zuzana today and it was a lovely experience. She made me feel at ease straight away and created such a calm, welcoming space. Highly recommend Act2Recovery! I was struggling with persistent knee pain and aching legs from sitting for long hours at my office desk.
