I've had a 90 mins pregnancy massage today and the experience was amazing. I felt completely relaxed and in tune with my body whilst Charlotte still got into my muscles and made it feel like I was still having a massage. Honestly one of the best massages I've had and I'll be back for sure!!

Opted for a breathing space treatment during my pregnancy and came out feeling very relaxed. Really liked that there was an option to have the upper back and shoulder massage leaning forward rather than on my side as it allows you to breathe more deeply. The aromatherapy blend was lovely to breathe in during the massage. Perfect treatment to ease the pregnancy congestion! Many thanks!

I had such a wonderful deep tissue massage and add-on scalp massage with Charlotte. I felt so relaxed afterwards. the Retreat was a lovely environment and Charlotte really listened to what I needed. I’ll definitely be booking again 😊

Charlotte was amazing , truly the best massage I have ever had. Being heavily pregnant is so uncomfortable, but she made sure I was completely comfortable throughout and really listened to what I needed. The retreat is beautiful and welcoming, in a great location with easy parking, which makes the whole experience stress-free from start to finish. I left feeling incredibly grateful and relaxed. I will definitely be booking a postnatal massage!

Great massage! I changed my mind about the type of massage I'd originally booked but Gabby was totally lovely about it. I usually struggle to get up from the massage bed afterwards with a stiff back but not this time! The bed was so comfortable and warm and the room setting was perfect. Very relaxing. I feel like a new woman 🥰. Thank you Gabby, I'll be back 💆‍♀️

Had a beautiful ‘Due time’ massage with Charlotte to celebrate my due date, she creates such a relaxing atmosphere and is very knowledgeable about the specific areas to focus on and the oils to use. As well as a wonderful body melting massage she also had lots of really helpful tips for myself and my birth partner to use in labour which was brilliant. Thank you so much Charlotte, it definitely got the oxytocin flowing! 💙

Jackie was very friendly and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything she was doing and why. I can already feel the benefit from the sports massage and can’t wait for the next one. I had a pregnancy massage with Dawn. I was experiencing all the usual third trimester aches and pains, and wanted some time to relax and reset before baby arrives. The massage was absolutely wonderful. Dawn made sure that I was comfortable throughout and helped support bump with different pillows and positions. She covered my whole body, focussing on my back and hips which held a lot of the tension. When I sat down the evening after my massage, I could really feel the difference! I would highly recommend for other mums to be.

Fantastic massage by Jackie. She was able to locate all the points where I was holding tension in my back, shoulders, neck, glutes and hamstrings. Feeling amazingly relaxed afterwards!
