Laura’s gentle, caring approach and the way she checked in throughout made me feel completely at ease. Every knot was worked out with care and attention. I received the most relaxing reflexology treatment last night, I have been dealing with a knee injury for the last 16 weeks and last night was the first time my body has properly relaxed in that time, I felt cared for and in professional hands, the utmost patience was given to me with having to try different pillows to get comfortable, I drifted off several times during the hour, thank you so much.

Went for a deep Swedish massage today and it was pure relaxation. Trisha prepares the room perfectly with low light, tranquil music and warm blankets. The massage was amazing, just the right pressure. I left feeling totally relaxed and rejuvenated after a busy week working. Highly recommended!
