I had a manual lymphatic drainage massage, and it was an amazing experience. The therapist was professional, gentle, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the treatment. I left feeling lighter, more relaxed, and refreshed. I really appreciated the care and attention to detail. I would highly recommend this treatment to anyone looking for a professional and relaxing experience. Thank you!

I had the most amazing deep cleansing facial and massage with Nas — honestly, it was perfect. She’s so gentle, kind, and incredibly skilled. Every product was carefully chosen to suit my skin, and she applied everything so thoughtfully and soothingly. Naz is also such a warm, down‑to‑earth person chatting with her felt so relaxed and natural. I left feeling completely pampered, my skin glowing and refreshed, and my body relaxed and tension‑free. I can’t recommend Naz enough — she’s absolutely wonderful at what she does. I’m already looking forward to my next treatment ❤️ thank you Nas

The best experience I have had for any beauty treatment has been at retreat. Every appointment Im welcomed, relaxed and informed about the treatment im having. When I'm complimented on my lashes, im always quick to recommend retreat to them .

Never disappointed when come to Jayne for a massage. She always takes time to listen, cares and somehow always hits the problem areas. No one else has ever come close to getting the knots out that Jayne can get to, wouldn’t go to anyone else!

I’ve been seeing Chloe for the past year and honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else even though it’s nearly a two-hour journey for me. She’s professional, knowledgeable and genuinely cares about her clients. More recently, she’s helped me through an injury with sports massage, cupping and expert advice, always taking the time to explain everything and tailor each treatment to my needs. Thank you for all your support, care and encouragement over the last year. I always leave feeling better than when I arrived, and I couldn’t recommend you more highly. 🤍

Highly recommend James, he’s really knowledgeable and I always feel so much better after.

Went in with really tight hips, glutes and restricted movement in the left hamstring. James used various techniques including manual therapy, cupping and stretching to alleviate and fix the issue. Really knows how to focus on each area. And good tunes today.
