One of the great massage I had with Aneta. Her hands are smooth and firm. She asked me questions during massage to make sure the pressure is fine. She helped me release some knots I felt in my shoulders and also in legs. She applied hot towels on feel and that was such a relaxing experience. Overall it was a good massage experience. I will go back soon!

I had an absolutely brilliant lymphatic drainage massage with Oksana. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. Her technique was exceptional — gentle yet very effective — and I could genuinely feel the difference in my body immediately after the session. Oksana is clearly very knowledgeable and skilled at what she does. She took the time to understand my needs and tailored the treatment perfectly. I left feeling lighter, relaxed, and refreshed.

I’ve been going to her regularly, and she’s always been very professional. Every time I visit, I feel completely relaxed afterward. She really knows what she’s doing, especially when it comes to relieving muscle tension. I usually go for a sports massage, and it’s been extremely effective especially since I work out. I would definitely say she’s one of the best at what she does, and I highly recommend her.

I especially appreciated how attentive Kay was, checking in about pressure and focusing on areas where I carry the most stress. The massage was absolutely wonderful. Aneta truly knows what she’s doing. She identified every area of tension and worked through each tight spot with real skill and care. I left feeling completely renewed. I genuinely believe this place is a real gem in Barking. I went for a relaxing massage and a lymphatic drainage massage and felt incredibly relaxed and refreshed afterward. The service was brilliant—Marina was very friendly and kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable. The place is clean and feels calm and purified. I will definitely be coming back. Such a lovely experience and excellent service.

I’ve never had a massage (Swedish/ sports/ other) that’s released my muscles like Anna’s did. She worked on my glutes and back, and it felt like my whole nervous system relaxed. When I got home my body just wanted sleep, and I had the deepest sleep. Maybe a coincidence but my resting heart rate has dropped since the massage, and my HRV has gone up. Absolutely recommend and will be back.

Jeevan gave me a lovely back massage and cubbing session. Jeevan was able to help with the issues I had with my arm and to feel the knots in my back. He eased them out leaving me more comfortable. I felt thoroughly relaxed after the session.
