Lovely massage, everything great but i still have the tension nodules inbetween my shoulder blades, will definitely book sophie again, but next time i think ill try the sports massage. I chose a relaxing full body- which was lovely and I really enjoyed- thankyou sophie.

After struggling with a bad cough I could feel my neck and shoulders tensing up and stopping me from sleeping. The sports massage with Hywel really helped eliminate the pain in my neck and shoulders and I now feel relaxed and pain free. Diolch

I've had Sarah and Kelly now, both are amazing. Sarah is a nice relaxing massage, she works the muscles nicely and you feel refreshed. Kelly is a much more firm, no nonsense therapist, she found every spot in my upper back that needed manipulation. Amazing team

Very pleased with the service Sion provided. He identified the cause of my granddaughter's pain very quickly and set up a course of treatment. His manner was professional, knowledgeable and friendly making my granddaughter who was quite nervous feel relaxed and at ease. Definitely recommend

Had a great massage with Sion. He put me at ease and gave some holistic advice about my problems as well as some helpful exercises. I think my back was pretty knotted but he wasn't scared to give it a bit of welly and roller them out for me!

Really good sports massage from Sion-Dafydd. He actually took the time to get to know my background and what I needed, which I appreciated. Super professional and no awkward small talk, just a really comfortable experience overall. I am definitely going back and would 100% recomend to any ages 😊
