It was amazing and so relaxing, Helen is lovely explained everything before we started as never had one before, I was a bit worried as lost my son in April and when my body and mind stop I tend to cry explained it all to Helen she put me at ease. I didn’t cry I actually fell asleep instead it was first time in along time I felt so relaxed. Would definitely recommend it.

Helen delivered a beautiful and totally relaxing experience. The head, face, shoulder and arm massage was lovely and the products she used smelled and felt fabulous. Helen let me choose which aroma I preferred and explained what the different oils can help with. Her treatment room is warm , tastefully designed and welcoming. Absolutely amazing as always, had tight IT bands either side ,sorted, then much needed relax, just don't plan on doing anything more complex than tying your shocelaces afterwards, because you'll be completely zoned out !

Rachel is fantastic, I have been to see her 3 times and have already noticed such a difference in my inflammation on my skin. Her recommendations have really helped and she has been so reassuring with working out a plan for my regime. The treatment itself is so soothing and relaxing and she talks you through every step which is so helpful. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Andrius really knows his stuff&was able to diagnose my knee issue very quickly. After three sessions with him&following his treatment plan I’m now feeling much better. He’s now given me a lot of confidence that I’m going to be able to run my Marathon in x5 weeks time. I would have no hesitation in recommending him. It’s the best money I’ve spent.
