Luke listened to the issues I’d been experiencing and was able to talk me through options available, he explained everything while he was treating me, pressure was really good, he was firm and focused on problem areas, would highly recommend Luke to anyone! I look forward to next time!

Luke was both professional and warm at all times and immediately put me at ease. He did a thorough consultation and carried out the treatment always making sure that he explained each step and that I was comfortable. He gave clear aftercare advise. I had a lymphatic drainage massage with Katie and couldn’t recommend her enough. She made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived, taking the time to explain everything and ensuring I was comfortable throughout the treatment. Fantastic! Jess was super helpful, supportive, and intuitive. Really helped me feel more confident about what my body needs and how to communicate with it. Jess was also very accessible in language and I always felt like I understood what was going on and what a good care plan would look like. Love love love how advice was given through the lens of neurodiverse and hyper-mobile bodies so I could actually engage with the advice in a way that worked for me and my body - never been able to access physio language in the same way before, game changing! Thanks again! Will definitely be back :D

Jess is literally amazing. I would 100% recommend to anyone. Her knowledge of the body and every individual muscle is so extensive. I have been to jess twice now and I would never go anywhere else. She is literally magic and knows exactly what you need.
