I went for a massage yesterday and left feeling completely refreshed! The massage therapist is amazing! She has an incredibly soft yet firm touch that made all the difference. The place has a cozy, calm atmosphere that makes you feel relaxed right away. Even with my injured shoulder, she was super careful and still managed to give me a fantastic massage without causing any pain. I felt so much better afterwards. Highly recommended!

So relaxing & Abbie was lovely. I had the chakra alignment and it definitely unlocked something because I felt emotional but uplifted for the rest of the day.

A completely non judgmental space for you to address your stress, issues life or for a full reset. There is lots of choice or if your stuck speak to Alex and she will tailor to suit you. Another great massage. After recently running a marathon, my legs have not been feeling the best, however I left the session feeling like some sort of normality has been restored! Always welcoming and knowledgeable about what is required on that specific day. Very pleased - as always!!

5 Stars. Fantastic as always! Cannot speak highly enough of the service offered. Biggest takeaway yesterday was that my legs had been feeling heavy and troublesome for weeks but I left after yesterdays session feeling noticeably lighter. Very grateful for this.
