I had a lovely aromatherapy massage in Calm today, being 37 weeks pregnant it was exactly what I needed and transported me to dreamy relaxing place for 45 mins. Shai was really accommodating and welcoming. The space was really lovely and relaxing and felt very private. I will absolutely be returning and recommending to my friends.

The most relaxing experience of my life, great at giving both a relaxing massage & a pressured massage to tackle knots. Very welcoming & kind, a lovely room. Brilliant at what she does & will happily go again.

Wonderful relaxing massage as always.

Wow! Just floating around after my pregnancy massage with Emma, which was truly dreamy! Her room was serene and cool (currently a heatwave), and I’m pretty sure I nodded off a couple of times! I booked to mark the start of my maternity leave (35 weeks pregnant) but I WISH I’d booked sooner so I could have got more massages in, particularly with a mentally draining (but seated) job, a 4 year old and just general life! Thank you Emma 🥰

Such a lovely way to spend some time after a full on week. Relaxing, exact pressure, hot stones-amazing. Emma is brilliant and made me feel very relaxed.

the treatment I had from Chris was excellent. He is exceptional at what he does, a natural at massage. He also takes the time to ask how things are going day to day to check that life is going well in general. He cares about his clients which is a huge plus point.

Chris Newton took a thorough review of my problems and then did some investigative work on my legs and back. He then gave me a detailed account of my condition.

Really different approach to anything I have had before but so interesting. His knowledge is amazing and teaches you how to treat yourself with simple techniques and breathing exercises that are so effective

Such a great local gym, particularly if you’re less confident and want to avoid the crowds. All the PTs are really lovely, and Becca in particular has helped me understand my body so much better with her holistic approach to health and fitness. I’ve been having PT sessions here consistently for over a year and I’m feeling so much stronger, fitter and generally happier as a result! I never thought I’d look forward to exercising but I actually do now thanks to Becca and the Cutting Fitness team!

Lily was brilliant - super knowledgeable, thorough and really improved the tension in my back. She also sent me some stretches that I can do in my own time, which I really appreciated. I’ll be rebooking soon!
