Bristol Thai Spa were very friendly and accommodating of my last minute booking. I drifted into sleep on the table and floated on air after a one hour full body massage from Rena. Due to a long-term health condition and menopause, my muscles have been very stiff for a number of years. Rena asked me about areas of vulnerability and regularly checked in about the amount of pressure she was applying without being intrusive to the whole experience. It's been almost a week and I am still more flexible and find it easier to carry out physical tasks than before. Thank you so much, Rena and BTS.

This was my first ever massage. At 37 weeks pregnant I was feeling nervous about this new experience but Ann was kind and considerate and kept checking in with me throughout the whole treatment to check I was comfortable. I left feeling relaxed and calm after nearly falling asleep! My only regret is that I didn’t do this sooner in my pregnancy so I could get a few more sessions in before baby arrives! Thank you Ann for a wonderful, relaxing hour ❤️

I had the back, neck and shoulders massage at Ramphai today and I can’t recommend it enough. I’ve been struggling with a lot of tension and discomfort recently, and after just one session I genuinely feel like a different person. The massage was tailored perfectly to the areas that needed attention, and the therapist was incredibly skilled, professional and welcoming throughout. The pain and tightness I’d been dealing with has been significantly relieved, and I left feeling relaxed, lighter and able to move much more comfortably. Thank you Tikky!!

This was this first time I’d been to Manpreet. My daughter bought me a voucher for a Weekend Treat. I didn’t really know what to expect but it was amazing. I had a full body massage and a deep cleanse facial and loved it. Manpreet was lovely and made Me feel comfortable and relaxed even before the treatment started. I will definitely be going back again

I couldn't recommend Lucy more highly. I've had a lot of massages over the years, and this was genuinely one of the best I've ever experienced. I came with chronic back pain and needed some real relief. Lucy tailored the session entirely to my needs, incorporating a variety of techniques and working in conversation with both me and my body. She did both between gentle and firm pressure, really listening and responding it never felt formulaic. I left feeling amazing, with a significant amount of tension released. If you're looking for a skilled, intuitive massage therapist, book with her!

I booked the “weekend treat” (massage & facial) for my best friends birthday!! She’s just messaged me to say it was absolutely amazing, she feels like a new woman!! She also said how Manpreet was just the sweetest and made her feel so comfortable and relaxed… My friend is a very busy working mum of 3, always looking after everyone else… So to have 2 hours just for herself in lovely surroundings was heaven!! I had a facial and eyebrow threading with Kay on Friday evening - the time worked really well for me and it was easy to park right outside which took the stress out of things for me. The facial was fab; she really gave my face a good cleansing and it definitely needed it! My eyebrows also look so much better after the threading, I’m really pleased. It was relaxing in the room and nice to chat with Kay through my treatments. Booked in for a wax pre-C-section in March, which Kay was really accommodating about arranging. Would recommend!

Absolutely brilliant. First visit for a bad back, I felt very relaxed with Thorsten and the Bowen treatment. It was a very positive experience and my back felt a lot better after this visit. Thorsten explains the process very well and also how many visits he thinks will be necessary. Highly recommend Thorsten and Helpers Hands.
