Fabulous treatment, Indian Head, Neck, Shoulder and Back massage. Super muscle tension relief. Really relaxing and holistic along with targeting concerns with my neck and tension. Really enjoyed the different elements to the treatment. to the treatment. As always - 5 stars from me for TAP! Thank you!! Lauren has been fantastic, really glad I found TAP clinic when I started running postpartum! I've had some injuries along the way and Lauren has helped me with physio exercises & a plan for recovery, which has meant I was back running injury free - along with some sports massage for maintance - would reccomend to everyone.

I had the most wonderful facial with Elaine Sadler Skin Health. Elaine takes such care and attention with every part of the treatment - from the relaxing foot soak to the incredible facial itself. Her hands are magic! The treatment room is absolutely beautiful, so chic and spotless, which instantly makes you feel relaxed. The added head massage and extra care to the feet were such thoughtful touches and made the whole experience feel really luxurious. My skin is glowing afterwards and I already can’t wait to go back. I’m also excited to try one of her massages next time. Highly recommend!

This was honestly the best facial I’ve ever had. Elaine was so kind and talked me through everything, which made me feel completely at ease. There were so many thoughtful touches I didn’t expect, including a relaxing foot bath before the facial, which really elevated the whole experience. The facial itself was incredibly relaxing, and the venue was immaculately clean. I left feeling so calm, and today my skin is absolutely glowing. I can’t wait to come back again for another facial – and to try a massage too!
