I had my first acupuncture session yesterday with Laura, and it was a very calming and grounding experience. Laura made me feel comfortable from the first minute and explained everything with care. I left feeling more relaxed and balanced — definitely a place I’d recommend.

This was my first KORE therapy . I hadn’t got a clue what it entailed . Laura explained what was happening throughout which helped me keep relaxed . Felt so reassured. All I can really say is Wow !! I would give Laura ten stars if I could. I am Lucky enough to have corrective massage, use the floatation and sauna to support Various health conditions. The corrective massage is pivotal to lessening my pain and gives me back my range of movement. Laura is so knowledgeable and really cares about your experience and health. Today’s massage was fantastic, I feel taller and able to stand straight again. As the days progressed I’ve also found my headaches gone away as the tension in my shoulders was melted away. There’s more than one reason why I’ve been coming here for over three years now. Laura is so professional and skilled at what she does. The wellness centre is inviting and is the first place I turn to when I’m feeling blue. There’s so many health benefits from the holistic therapies and I would recommend speaking with laura if you’re considering any kind of treatments for her guidance. She’s so knowledgeable! I use a mix of corrective massage, acupuncture, floatation and sauna to keep my pain levels down and mobility up. I would not be without Laura and Sarah, it’s the highlight of my week!

Lovely massage today, went in so stiff and in pain. Floated out feeling able to stand tall again. Always love my corrective massage, today also combined acupuncture to boost my mood. Laura is so intuitive with her practice and I’m so very grateful.
