I suffer with a lot of issues and I’ve had a lot of massages, physio, chiropractic, and I can honestly say this is the best massage I’ve ever had to date. Don’t be expecting a gentle relaxing massage from the deep tissue, but expect to walk out an inch taller! Jen was amazing and I will now be a regular customer!

A wonderful, relaxing facial with Natalie. Natalie took care to make sure I was fully versed in what the treatment entailed and made sure I was relaxed and comfortable prior to the treatment. I suffer from jaw tension and teeth grinding, so was relived to have the inner massage to tackle some of the after affects of this. There was almost an instant difference to my skin and the post glow effect was really noticeable. This morning putting make up on, it sat much easier on my skin. No need for Charlotte Tilbury flawless filter today. Thank you Natalie, would definitely recommend.

I had such a lovely experience with Camille! I went back for a back massage and cupping, and it was exactly what I needed. She made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived, and her technique was incredible. So relaxing but also really effective at working out tension. Amrita made me feel really comfortable from the moment I arrived. She has such a calm energy and asked about any skin concerns beforehand. The facial was so relaxing and the Neal’s Yard products smelled amazing. My skin was glowing, clearer and really soft the next day. I also had a shoulder massage which really helped my aching muscles after a trapped nerve a couple of months ago. Left feeling so relaxed — highly recommend!

Incredible! I had a lymphatic drainage massage and it was excellent. The treatment was very relaxing, and I felt lighter and refreshed afterwards. Ewa (the therapist) was professional and made me feel comfortable throughout. I would definitely recommend it and will be coming back!
