I've been coming for a massage for ages now and always have a lovely experience. Everyone is friendly and welcoming, the atmospere calm and relaxing and the massages are wonderful! I always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed :)

I had a massage here today and it was a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment I arrived. The spa has a very calm and relaxing atmosphere, and it’s easy to find with convenient parking nearby, which makes the whole experience stress-free. I came in with quite a lot of tension and stiffness in my neck and upper back, and the therapist was very knowledgeable and clearly experienced in dealing with pain and muscle tension. I had a Thai massage which was wonderful. Really strong and deep which was highly relaxing. They focused on a shoulder blade which was giving me discomfort, and I felt very relieved from that throughout and afterwards. The service was very professional. The clothes and building were very clean and fresh. The receptionist was so friendly and thoughtfully noticed it was my birthday; giving me a lovely tea, cake and candle before I left. I am so pleased with the service and will definitely recommend to others and come here for my massages from now on.

The relaxing massage by Ms. May was fantastic—she was incredible. I previously had a massage by Ms. Bea, and she was amazing too. The lady at the reception is also very thoughtful, with drawings on the cups of hot tea after each session. I travel to Thailand often and have many Thai massages there, and this place truly gives me that same authentic feeling. Highly recommend this place.

Very good, I felt great and very relaxed after, every time. Oil relaxation massage was my personal favourite over more traditional Thai massages on offer. If you’re unfamiliar with Thai massage I would recommend starting with their oil relaxation massage as that is the most similar to other massage disciplines. Staff very friendly, pricing very reasonable, and I will be returning.

My cousin and I got a foot, shoulder and head massage by two very sweet masseuses, Ms Kay and Mr Ice, and I must say it was supremely relaxing. The staff was very kind and accommodating, with the receptionist Sally permitting our request to use the shower room prior to the massage since we had a long walk on this very hot summer day and needed a bit of freshning up. The prices are value for money & we got a good deal. The place is very neat and hygienic and they offer refreshments like pandan tea & cake post the service. Would highly recommend this spa to all for the quality of the massages.

I had such a deep, relaxing foot massage here. I was welcomed by lovely staff. The changing rooms had secure lockers and the option to shower. The massage room was warm and ambient. The bed was very comfortable. The massage was clearly being given by a very skilled masseuse. At the end I was given a head massage with stretches for my neck. On leaving I was handed a ginger tea to take with me. I floated home. It was exactly what I needed and I’ll come back here for all my massages in the future.

It was my first time at the Spa and I loved it! I loved the Spa ambience, beautifully decorated and the smell was divine. The reception desk Lady was very friendly and welcoming. I had a neck/shoulders/back massage, feet reflexology and a facial cleansing/massage. Ms Pui was amazing! She was very friendly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the massages. I feel so much “lighter” and relaxed! Thank you so much for an amazing experience! 5 stars service :)

Lovely massage by Pui. Very professional and skilled. So affective I struggled to stay awake. Offered water before & after the treatment. The smell of the oil was so relaxing. Will book again, but for longer next time. Many thanks.

As always, my massage was incredible and always is. I won't go to anyone else now as no one else compares. The most relaxing massage ever and Jen's expertise is so evident as I always feel so much better and any tension I walked in with is gone on the way out!

A wonderful, therapeutic and relaxing massage. Jennifer finds all the knots and niggles, and gently but firmly removes them. You come out feeling relaxed, refreshed and a couple of inches taller!

I had a massage and manicure the day before my wedding. The massage was amazing and even though I asked Rhian to focus on my back rather than full body, she also focused on the backs of my legs and feet which was a nice change to other massages I’ve had. The manicure was also great and she even arranged for me to be fitted in later that day when I’d smudged three of my nails for no extra charge. The treatment rooms are located in the Voco Oxford Thames Hotel which is a peaceful and welcoming setting, it’s perfect for hotel guests. Rhian was lovely and she made me feel really relaxed.

I had a massage at Naya Thai Spa with Ms Bam and she was incredibly attentive throughout the entire experience. She focused on loosening the tension in my shoulders and I left feeling so much better and more relaxed. I would definitely recommend her!

This was my first visit after looking at reviews I chose Naya Thai. The place was very modern, tranquil, tidy and lovely welcome and customer service. Bam Bam did my massage, she was very friendly and professional and did an amazing job. I felt very relaxed, she listened to my needs and problem areas. I really enjoyed the experience and will definitely recommend and use again. Thank you so much!
