Her energy and kindness put me completely at ease from the start, her care and attention was genuine and her technique was amazing — all the stress and tension just melted away. What can I say .. Most of my appointments (usually every couple of weeks) are booked for a much needed relax and brain switch-off, but I also quite often need to loosen up a niggly lower back & tight leg (IT geek, so LOTS of time sat at the desk hunched over a keyboard, despite trying my best to NOT hunch ..! ) Everytime I have a relaxing massage from Amy, afterwards, it's like someone has turned the volume down on the world & put it on slo-mo, definite sanity saver, especially over this last year or so with not being able to travel for a break & recharge as I normally would..

A beautiful treatment from start to finish. A warm welcome from Helen on arrival, she greeted me with some lovely lemon water while she explained how the treatment would be. We talked through how I was feeling so she would know which scents of oil to use. I had a gorgeous facial, deep massage on my arms and chest and shoulders and the scalp and hair treatment was just so relaxing. Helens room was just so stunning along with the calming music played in the background. Highly recommend and will be going back. loved every minute of it.

Seen Amy at her Moor Lane,Crosby site a good few years ago Amy is a lovely girl,she makes you so welcome,I explained to Amy about my neck, shoulders and lower back being a bit stiff and sore and for the rest of the session she worked on my problem spots,and the massage was so relaxing and did explain i might be a bit sore afterwards,but I highly recommend Amy,the only problem I will have now in recommending her is I will find it harder to book another session 😂 Top marks to Amy 👍🏻👍🏻

I have just had my 1 hour DEEP tissue massage with Rokas and I highlight 'deep' because it was well and truly that. From the offset, I was asked what issues I have and tailored my appointment based on my needs. I have experienced massages from both Rokas and Andrius now and can equally say, both are fantastic at what they do and I am grateful for their skill and knowledge

I went to see Amy for a sports massage Today! Her knowledge, understanding and treatment of the body is incredible! I felt completely comfortable, safe and relaxed in her care and I felt that she was extremely attentive to my needs! Even remembering that I am vegan and letting me know that all her products were suitable for me! Over the years, I have seen specialists from chiropractors to physiotherapists! Had treatments for injuries and rehabilitation to just treating tight/sore areas! I have to say that Amy is the best therapist I have ever seen!! Thank you Amy 🙏

Andrius was really friendly and welcoming. He is clearly very experienced, was able to identify my issues easily and recommend exercises to help. I was nervous to have a sports massage as I’ve seen online that they can look pretty aggressive but my massage with Andrius was enjoyable and my shoulder feels better after just one visit. I’ve already booked in for my next one in a couple of weeks time.

Absolutely amazing as always, had tight IT bands either side ,sorted, then much needed relax, just don't plan on doing anything more complex than tying your shocelaces afterwards, because you'll be completely zoned out !

Helen delivered a beautiful and totally relaxing experience. The head, face, shoulder and arm massage was lovely and the products she used smelled and felt fabulous. I recently had a full-body massage at Ando Wellness, and I can’t recommend it enough. I already knew Andrius from before, as he helped me with my shoulder pain in the past, and his work is truly exceptional. As a bodybuilder, I really value a therapist who understands how to work deeply into the muscles rather than just providing a light “beauty” massage. Andrius definitely delivers the treatment; it was strong, target and extremely effective. I left feeling much looser, relaxed and genuinely better in my body. Highly recommended.
