Wow! The perfect mix of sports massage deep tissue work that really gets into the problem areas and a relaxing massage. I also loved the fact that the arms, legs, head, feet all got a good working too which other places have often over looked vs the usual back and shoulders. Will be sure to book in every month while you are in Bristol!

Bristol Thai Spa were very friendly and accommodating of my last minute booking. I drifted into sleep on the table and floated on air after a one hour full body massage from Rena. Due to a long-term health condition and menopause, my muscles have been very stiff for a number of years. Rena asked me about areas of vulnerability and regularly checked in about the amount of pressure she was applying without being intrusive to the whole experience. It's been almost a week and I am still more flexible and find it easier to carry out physical tasks than before. Thank you so much, Rena and BTS.

This was my first ever massage. At 37 weeks pregnant I was feeling nervous about this new experience but Ann was kind and considerate and kept checking in with me throughout the whole treatment to check I was comfortable. I left feeling relaxed and calm after nearly falling asleep! My only regret is that I didn’t do this sooner in my pregnancy so I could get a few more sessions in before baby arrives! Thank you Ann for a wonderful, relaxing hour ❤️

I had an incredible deep tissue massage with Liz. She explains every step clearly and makes it a very welcoming and relaxing experience. The massage itself was perfect, a wonderful combination of pressure, trigger points and breathing exercises. The added bonus being that she comes to your home so you can stay in a relaxed state after she's finished. I would highly recommend Liz's treatments

This was our second visit here and honestly, they are the BEST! 😍 We’ve tried other massage centres, but nothing compares to this place. My husband and I came in with so much tension in our back, neck and shoulders, and they truly worked their magic! 🙌 They understood exactly where we were stressed and focused on those areas so well. We left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. The staff are so welcoming, polite and professional, and the room is always clean, neat and comfortable. I had the back, neck and shoulders massage at Ramphai today and I can’t recommend it enough. I’ve been struggling with a lot of tension and discomfort recently, and after just one session I genuinely feel like a different person. The massage was tailored perfectly to the areas that needed attention, and the therapist was incredibly skilled, professional and welcoming throughout. This was this first time I’d been to Manpreet. My daughter bought me a voucher for a Weekend Treat. I didn’t really know what to expect but it was amazing. I had a full body massage and a deep cleanse facial and loved it. Manpreet was lovely and made Me feel comfortable and relaxed even before the treatment started. I will definitely be going back again

I couldn't recommend Lucy more highly. I've had a lot of massages over the years, and this was genuinely one of the best I've ever experienced. I came with chronic back pain and needed some real relief. Lucy tailored the session entirely to my needs, incorporating a variety of techniques and working in conversation with both me and my body. She did both between gentle and firm pressure, really listening and responding it never felt formulaic. I left feeling amazing, with a significant amount of tension released. If you're looking for a skilled, intuitive massage therapist, book with her!
