I’ve been working with Jordan since my hip surgery, I couldn’t ask for a better rehab therapist. His knowledge, attention to detail, and ability to tailor rehab specifically to my goals have been outstanding. He’s not just focused on getting me “better,” but on getting me back to where I want to be — running ultra’s. He explains the why behind everything we do, adjusts plans based on how my body is responding & cares about long-term outcomes. The support, encouragement and confidence he’s given me throughout this process have been invaluable.

I am loving this new addition to Weston-super-Mare. It's so handy to have somewhere to pop in and have a private sauna and cold dip. I am also giving the red light therapy a go.
