I have a slipped disc that puts pressure on my spinal nerves, and Catherine has been able to provide almost instant relief after every visit through her Indian head massage treatments. Her ability to identify the exact areas where tension has built up is truly remarkable. It’s a skill that comes from a deep understanding of the human body and years of expertise. I have been exceptionally pleased with the care and service Catherine has provided, and I will continue to book treatments with her whenever possible. I would highly recommend her to anyone struggling with deep muscle tension.

Bethan is always so great to work with. Came in with a niggle in my leg and she assessed the whole picture got to work with loosening it up and gave me a clear plan to follow to improve it

Incredibly relaxing experience but it was very very warm both the water and the air in the room. Would have been more enjoyable if the air in the room/tank was not as warm as it was a little suffocating at times

Highly recommend Sarah. This is my 2nd visit and both times I’ve had bespoke massages - I had knots and tight muscles - both have left me fully relaxed and are thoroughly enjoyable! I will definitely be returning, Sarah is amazing at what she does!

Such a wonderful experience with Sarah. I’d been carrying a lot of tension in my neck and back, which was causing pain and stress, but I left my massage feeling completely relaxed and light. Sarah is not only incredibly skilled but also lovely to talk to. She made the whole experience so calming and pleasant. I’ll definitely be back. Very grateful, thank you!

Really great massage- was in so much pain with my back and it’s completely gone away after Sarah’s massage. She even let me attend my appointment early too, very nice and welcoming. Would come again if I visited the area again!

Ema is lovely therapist. The treatment was great although she said I might experience some discomfort for a couple of days, which I did but it seems a lot better now. Ema sent a link to some exercises but I can't open it either on the phone or the computer. Could it be sent again please. Many thanks. Liz
