This was my first sports massage with James and it was incredible! Although the initial concern was lower back tension and discomfort, the therapist took a thorough full body approach which helped address additional areas of tightness and imbalance I hadn’t fully noticed myself. I would highly recommend James services.

James is an exceptional therapist. I’m a sports therapist myself, so I’m naturally picky about who I see, but James’s knowledge and skill set are impressive. He’s helped me tremendously with my back and shoulder issues. It’s a huge relief to find a peer I can trust with my own physical health. Highly recommended!

Fab sports therapy massage in a cute private space next to the house so very peaceful. James is very knowledgeable and easy to get on with and I felt very comfortable telling him where I was in discomfort with my knotty shoulders. Definitely felt the stress and knots dissipating as the hour went on and will be back for more sessions! Thank you!

Haven’t seen James in a few months and my body was very glad to go back. Still got through the ever so slight tightness but in an easing way.

Fantastic! I’ve been looking for somebody who will crack on from start to finish with a sports massage and James does that. Such a good environment, he’s incredibly welcoming and puts you at ease. I’ve been doing sessions with Calvin nearly every week for sometime now .. and today’s visit was extremely productive, I came away with feeling more confident with movement , easy movement after a sports massage and come away with some homework and an exercise program to follow :) I feel very happy and can’t wait for our next session ! Calvin managed to find the places causing me pain and worked on them very effectively. I feel looser and more relaxed and the twinge in my back seems to have gone as well so I’m more than happy with his service. He also gave me some useful exercises to help me further. Great job Calvin!

Initially I was so nervous never having a sports massage and meeting Calvin for the first time! I really didn’t need to worry Calvin was professional and instantly made me feel at ease!! I had a sports massage at home which was really handy and worked around my little one I felt in completely safe hands. Calvin explained everything and was very thorough I would highly recommend! 😊
