I’ve been having Biotin injections with Charlotte for the past 4 months, and they’ve made a really considerable positive difference to my hair growth. My hair is definitely longer, feels much healthier, and overall looks far stronger. As someone dealing with post-menopausal hair thinning and shedding, I was starting to lose confidence in my hair, so I’m genuinely delighted with the results I’ve seen so far. I had Botox and lip filler removal, I was really apprehensive about the filler removal as I was worried about the pain and bruising but Charlotte was amazing as always barely any pain and no bruising at all which I’m really happy about x

I had an appointment today with Georgia for a massage. I feel like a new woman now! My back was very tense before but now it’s so relaxed. Georgia was very professional and explained everything she was doing. She was able to answer all my questions and gave me lots of really helpful advice. Georgia was very thorough and checked on me throughout to ensure I was comfortable. I 1000% recommend no limits sports therapy!!
