I recently visited Eva at the salon in Poole town centre for a two hour Ayurvedic Abhyanga massage. I can honestly say that this was the best, most relaxing treatment that I have ever experienced. If you are looking for the ultimate in relaxation then I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Eva and would suggest that the two hour option is worth every penny.

Michele took the time to explain exactly what the PRP treatment involved,answered every question I had in detail, and made sure I was comfortable throughout every step.What stood out most was her gentle yet precise approach. I was a little unsure what to expect, but Michele’s expertise put me entirely at ease. The PRP treatment itself was far more comfortable than I anticipated.Michele is simply outstanding trustworthy skin therapist. I will definitely be returning and recommending her to everyone I know!

A beautifully designed place that stands out from the rest in Westbourne. Khianna has been my therapist for the past five years. Khianna has a very calming presence. And is absolutely lovely and makes me feel at ease every time I have an appointment. I Highly recommend Freeda!

Excellent session with Jason - highly recommend! He’s very knowledgeable, kind, and listens to you. I’ve been to several massage therapist and this one was the best by far. My left hip and knee felt a lot better after our session, I have exercises to practice, and I already booked my follow-up.

Carmen is a wonderful therapist who takes her time to really get to know all about me and what I seek to get from her treatment and then adjusts accordingly to make the treatment bespoke. I try to boom in a treatment at least every 6 weeks as it helps me massively to unwind and rebalance.

I recently tried another physio treatment clinic ( Physio Fitness @ Hurn) as I had heard positive things. I block booked some sessions, and after 3 months I was in as much pain as when I started! Not good! So, I looked elsewhere and booked in with Jason. After two sessions, I was pain-free! Totally and highly recommend Jason.

The therapist is very good and knowledgeable and has managed to give me quite a lot of relief. However. A 20 minute appointment beginning at 11.30 ended before 11.45. £45 is expensive for 12/13 minutes of treatment

Exceeded expectations and resulted in improved mobility and relaxed muscles. Deep tissue massage is a new therapy to me and I wished I had tried it sooner! Understanding the benefits and finding the right practitioner is the key! Thank you Jason.

Teresa has been an angel, she has transformed me! She was the only person I phoned that recognised my emergency situation, turned her phone to video ans helped me off the floor. From there she has been so knowledgeable and professional, from the day I 'crawled' in, to now when I'm able to walk in and out! Her rehab plan has been great and she also offers me advice on general wellness. I'm keeping up regular check ins so I can continue to focus on my wellbeing. Would highly recommend!
