From the moment I stepped into Nutrizen Wellbeing Centre I felt wrapped in care, warmth, and expertise. The space itself is calming and beautifully designed, but it’s the people who transform it into something truly extraordinary. Every staff member I met was radiant with compassion, knowledge, and genuine joy — they listened, guided, and celebrated each small win with me. The Red Light therapy sessions were peaceful and restorative, melting away tension and leaving my skin and spirit glowing.

My first time at the NutriZen Wellness Centre. I met Zed and his eldest son who I found to be very pleasant knowledgeable and very professional. Zed took the time to explain the recommended therapy to assist my sciatica healing journey and and how they could help assist my specific health concerns. The environment was calm, welcoming and very well organised. I felt well looked after throughout the process and appreciated the personalised approach to treatment. I would definitely recommend NutriZen to anyone looking for holistic wellness support.

I heard really good things about red light therapy so took the plunge, I have early arthritis in both my hips and after my 5 sessions there is a definite improvement, Zed and all his staff are also very knowledgeable and friendly creating a beautiful environment. I will definitely be continuing with the therapy .

I had an incredible experience at Ruen Thai Spa on Sunday! The ambiance was nice, and the staff was warm and welcoming. Only one think I need to mention : You need relaxing music inside the room ! Massage was nothing short of amazing; the therapist skillfully relieved my tension and made me feel truly relaxed. I left feeling rejuvenated! Hands down the BEST massage I've ever had in my entire life!! (And I've had a lot of massages!). Nicky found knots I've had for years and really worked on them. I thought after all this time of having them, it wouldn't be possible to work them out (other masseuses have tried and failed!), but Nicky really got in there and made me feel so limber! I haven't felt this supple in years! I will 100% be back here as regularly as I can. The staff are so friendly and kind, and seem to know exactly what you need. I'm so happy to have found such an incredible massage place!

Zed and his assistant were amazing! Fitted me in last minute and just couldn’t do enough to help. Not a fan of needles but it was worth it and felt someone actually cared after getting zero help from the NHS to sort out my low iron levels. Highly recommend them

I’ve been seeing Georgie for a few years now, and she is truly exceptional. She’s incredibly professional, honest, and genuinely cares about getting the best results for you. My Botox is always flawless, natural, long lasting, and exactly what I’m hoping for every time. What I love most is the whole experience. it’s such a chilled, welcoming vibe, and I always end up feeling like I’ve had a mini therapy session as well as a treatment. Georgie never pushes anything, always gives honest advice, and I completely trust her. I wouldn’t go anywhere else
