Matt clearly knows his stuff and is able to communicate that in a way that's digestible for someone who has no previous injury history / knowledge of the specific issue. I booked a free discovery call as I was unsure what service I needed for my shoulder pain. Matt was really professional and knowledgeable and explained what was causing me pain. He gave me some exercises to work on in the meantime in preparation for a face to face appointment. Highly recommend.
