I had my first lymphatic drainage therapy session today and had a really positive experience. Trudy explained everything clearly, making me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout. The treatment was gentle but very calming. Afterwards I felt lighter, less bloated, and surprisingly refreshed. I’m looking forward to seeing the longer-term benefits with more sessions. I would definitely recommend it to anyone thinking of trying it.

Had accupuncture today another great treatment and five star as always. I find it very important to have some relaxation due to a busy lifestyle and Kirstens treatments never cease to amaze me. I always walk out feeling very chilled and this promotes great sleeps. Kirstens attention to detail is always on point. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs some time out for themselves which is why I will continue to return again and again.

Have to leave a review for my amazing treatment today which was the abdominal massage. I wasnt sure what to expect but this was fantastic. I suffer with Gastro issues and found this treatment very relaxing that much so I fell asleep which I find very difficult to do at times. This is my second treatment here the first being reflexology and I will definitely be returning for both on a regular basis. Kirsten explained everything in great detail has a warm and friendly nature and put any concerns I had to ease. The room is comfortable, relaxing and very Zen. Fabulous!

First Reflexology Treatment and an amazing, comfortable experience. Kirsten was very welcoming, friendly and explained everything to detail. A very warm and relaxing room which put any anxiety I had immediately to ease. Will definitely be back and feet feel great especially when im on them all day at work. Highly Recommended.

I was completely wound up all morning and then the Reiki session with Trudy left me relaxed and feeling amazing for the rest of the day. It calmed my mind. Can highly recommend if pms symptoms are making you agitated.

Trudy immediately puts you at ease, she has a truly lovely aura and leaves a very calming energy in your home which lasted for a few days after her visit! I was riddled with tension, and expected to require a few sessions, however Trudy gave me the most effective first massage I have ever had. She determinedly removed all of my tight knots of tension! A true perfectionist!

Had lymphatic drainage today with Trudy and I have to say that it was amazing, i have recently felt a tightness on my knees and ankles, however after just an hour of treatment I feel so much better. I would highly recommend Trudy. I have never had this treatment before but Trudy explained everything before starting the treatment and made me feel very comfortable.

I’ve been having acupuncture with Kirsten now for several months to treat long term pain from a nerve impingement. I realised just b this session that I’ve not had an issue with a flare up in months and am pain-free for the first time in years. It’s such a relaxing experience and great to have some time to reset. Delighted doesn’t cover it!
