I had such a beautiful experience at Mystic Holistic Glasgow with Steph. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed into a calm and cosy space that felt so inviting. Steph instantly made me feel comfortable and cared for. The reiki and sound bath left me feeling deeply relaxed, grounded, and lighter. Her energy is so genuine and calming. I couldn’t recommend her enough and will definitely be back!

Myself and my mum had the most beautiful and relaxing experience at our first ever reiki session, Steph made us feel so comfortable and explained everything thoroughly, which was so interesting and really added to the overall experience. This was a very big milestone in our spiritual awakening and a first of what will be many visits to Reiki with Steph for us! Xxx could not recommend Mystic Holistic Glasgow enough 🤍✨

Arran is fantastic. In 6 months we’ve almost fully rehabbed my shoulder, taking it from pain at the tiniest of things to shoulder pressing 24kg dumbbells! He’s also offered a lot of helpful insight into additional aspects of my training rehab which have been very helpful. Arran also has some good chat, so sessions are never boring! Thanks again.

Craig is absolutely fantastic! He is an amazing professional who genuinely cares about his patients and goes above and beyond to help you achieve your goals. He has endless patience when explaining the exercises, listening to your concerns, discussing your wellbeing, and tailoring your rehab plan to your individual needs. I had such an amazing experience today at Ark Massage Therapy. Andrew made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I arrived. I have PCOS and can feel self-conscious about my face being touched, but he put me at ease straight away. The massage itself was incredible Andrew is friendly, knowledgeable, and I learned so much from today’s session. I’ll definitely be booking in again soon 😀

My massage with Nadine was absolutely lovely. As soon as I got up from the massage bed after treatment, all the tension in my shoulders and legs melted away, and I felt so relaxed. Nadine was incredibly professional, and I’ll definitely be returning! :)

I can't sing Andrew's praises enough but after a vocal massage with him my pipes feel in better shape to give it a try! I've visited Andrew a number of times now and always leave feeling very relaxed and looked after. His attentiveness and knowledge means I'm getting the exact kind of treatment hoping for with a sprinkling of expert recommendations.

Just needed to say that I am super thankful for my last two sessions with Andrew. I had a really painful stiff wrist from trying to fit in as much hair styling practice as possible before I launch and I ended up overdoing it. Andrew was able to explain what was causing the pain, advise me on what to do going forward and the sessions helped significantly in improving the pain. I am so grateful to have access to such support at the start of my career and more importantly Andrew, thanks for creating a safe space. Best of luck in everything.
