Najlepsza fizjoterapia w mojej okolicy – Cambuslang, Glasgow

Excellent session with Gav, bit of physio to start with then a really good rehab strength session in the gym, showing me what I can do to get my posterior chain back in full working order 💪🏻

Very greatful to have found Amira threw my sister, I recently took time off work as I started to listen to my mind and body, discovering what I need & this was it, I went for the Integrative Bodywork & Massage Therapy, they make you feel relaxed & we discovered a few things that my body was asking for, very excited for my next session when I book it in & I will be recommending this to anyone who may need it as much as I did.

Gavin is a top guy. Was top notch from start to finish. He took 2 mins to diagnose me and got to work sorting it straight away. Good chat also which makes you feel at ease right away. Ive now got a structured plan which allows me to still train while focusing on rehab for my shoulder. Would highly recommend in the future. Thanks again for today.

Ive been coming to kirsty's sound baths, reiki and yoga for a wee while now and ive Recently had a 1:1 with kirsty too. This woman has changed my life, she has not only been one of the nicest person I have met but she makes you feel so welcomed and relaxed. I feel alot calmer in my mind body and spirit. Our 1:1 was reiki, Indian head massage with sound and WOW. The Indian head massage was amazing, I have a sensory thing with my head being touched but she instantly made me feel at ease before we started. It was absolutely amazing and sooooo relaxing. Will definitely be booking in for more 💛💚

Amy has made a huge difference to my under eye area using the Polynucleotide treatment. This area had really been getting me down with wrinkles and sagging and this treatment has been really effective. As always it is a lovely warm and professional experience and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Amy to anyone looking to have some aesthetic work done.

I have been to one of Kirstys yoga & sound baths at the studio & just loved the atmosphere there, so calm & welcoming so I booked in for an Indian head massage & Reiki (my 1st ever). When I arrived, Kirsty explained everything over a cup of herbal tea & then she worked her magic! The massage was so good & the hot towels were a lovely addition. Then onto the Reiki session - the treatment bed was so warm & soft I could've stayed all day. I loved it, went home feeling lighter, more positive & totally relaxed. Can't recommend enough!

Lovely relaxing Reiki session. Kirsty is very professional and gave a full explanation of what Reiki is and how to get the best from the session. Would definitely book again 🙂

Amy is a master of a trade. She strives for enhancing your natural features and always nails it. I wouldn't trust anybody else. Its probably good that my appointments are at the end of the day too, cos we chat far too much!

I had Botox and skin boosters with Amy today, and I couldn’t recommend her enough. She is so lovely, friendly, and professional, and she made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I arrived and the results are always amazing

They're very welcoming and professional. They helped me get settled into the space, and began uncovering some of the problem we'll be working on together. I look forward to my next session.

I made the mistake of trying other places, there is no other better massage experience than at the Talking Body Clinic.

I had a really lovely experience. The space is peaceful and I felt safe to talk openly. After the first session, which was only talking, I already felt better and my anxiety was gone. Amira is very kind and gentle, and explains everything clearly. I felt safe to open up and share my thoughts without fear. The sessions that combine massage and breathing are amazing. They helped release a lot of stiffness in my body, and I feel much more relaxed. I have had 3 sessions now, and after each one I feel more aligned with myself, calmer, and more at peace. Thank you! ☺
