I've struggled with regular niggling issues that have kept me off the pitch and full training recently and have been misdiagnosed. However, Corey was able to not only give a precise diagnosis of the problems but also why its been happening and how to avoid issues in the future. The deep tissue recovery session was fantastic and really helped with some of the aches and pains I've been having. Feeling great and will definitely be using Taylormade Therapy in the future.

App very easy to use to organise or adjust my 1st skin consultation appointment. £10 consult great idea to meet and discuss with Sim what my skin issues and goals were so we could work together on a suitable treatment plan. Sim was very friendly and extremely easy to talk to giving good feedback. Looking forward to my new beauty clinic skin regime with her and next progression treatment. The £10 consult fee comes off my next treatment what's not to love!

Good physio, good knowledge and very considerate over existing musculoskeletal problems & niggles. Very quick to find solutions and also took time to send some recovery exercises & future prevention techniques via email, after the appointment. I would recommend Vishnu for sports recovery, rehab and/or general wellbeing. Five star 👍

I felt completely comfortable throughout, and he really focused on the areas causing me problems. He even went the extra mile and gave me a free gift to help with my troublesome knee. Highly recommend Act2Recovery! I was struggling with persistent knee pain and aching legs from sitting for long hours at my office desk.
