Had my first appointment with Rich, primarily to address long term chest muscle issues. Rich knew exactly what needed doing and not only gave a great sports massage, he was also a pleasure to talk too, resulting in a 1hr session going very quickly. My chest felt much better, immediately afterwards and Rich gave me some pointers re. regular exercises. I highly recommend Farnborough Sports Massage & I look forward to visiting again! Rich provides a great sports massage therapy service. From the start, he was incredibly attentive, thoroughly listening to the details of my current condition. I really appreciated that he didn't just give a standard treatment but customized the massage to address what I was dealing with right now. I felt significant relief afterward. Highly skilled and very professional.

Rich is a brilliant masseuse who knows his stuff. As a therapist myself I’m choosy who I go to. I would recommend Rich to anyone having bodywork issues! My husband also uses Rich as he is a keen cyclist and needs to know he’s in safe hands!

Highly rate Amanda after booking a healing session whilst experiencing a loss. She was kind, compassionate and made the space feel safe to be open with my feelings. During my treatment I felt some peace that I really needed to feel.
