After reading so many positive reviews, I decided to book a deep tissue massage - and I’m really glad I did. I went in feeling extremely tense, but by the end of the session I was completely relaxed. I would definitely recommend!

This was a wonderful experience. Jen gave a very thoughtful massage, checking out medical history etc, and making sure l was comfortable. I liked the room the massage took place in, lighting, warm room, relaxing music, Jen did a really deep massage into my tissues, a lot of tension released in my lower back & legs. Her hands were lovely and warm and the massage left me feeling so relaxed I just wanted to sleep and I felt completely de-stressed. Jen is very skillful and knowledgeable. I would certainly recommend her. Great attitude and attention to detail. I'll be back for more, thanks Jen!

Had a wonderful massage at Mend Massage Therapy. Jen was extremely welcoming on arrival. We talked through my various issues to begin with and areas of focus. Jen clearly is a fabulous and passionate massage therapist. I left feeling totally relaxed and looking forward to my next appointment.
