Nicky is an such an experienced therapist and her knowledge of the body and how to help each individual with their aches and pains is superb. I could’nt as for a better massage therapist who always shows care and compassion

After a road traffic accident I was experiencing pains in my lower back, upper back, shoulders and neck. I started coming to Nicky’s Therapy’s every 2 weeks to try and relieve the pain and be able to carry on everyday tasks. Four months on I’m feeling so much better and can now reduce to monthly appointments. Nicky has worked on all the major muscles that were causing me pain, and I can’t thank her enough for helping my recovery. Excellent knowledge and service, I thoroughly recommend Nicky’s Therapy’s.

First time with Nicky and could not fault her! Explained everything to me, very thorough when doing so and the massage itself was great. Aftercare advice was also good - gave stretches to do and advised me what exercises I could avoid till my issue starts to feel better. Will definitely use her again! Thank you Nicky
