The massage and cupping from Rachel is essential in keeping me training pain-free. She is responsive and understands to where i have experienced tightness and DOMS and even finds and works on troublesome areas before I knew about them myself! I really recommend her services: an all round excellent experience!

Never been to a counsellor before, so my first session was supposed to be nerve wracking for me. Surprise, it wasn't what I imagined at all, because Lucy made me feel safe and every subject was accepted as openly as possible. Came in for a sports / Hot stone massage before my comp at the weekend, first time having one so I had no idea what to expect, Rachel was very welcoming and friendly, feel 1000x better after having had it done and will definitely be back.
