Najlepsza fizjoterapia w mojej okolicy – Caldewgate, Carlisle

I highly recommend visiting Restore Massage Therapy. I came to Ollie with tightness in my lower back and in my shoulders. After a quick assessment at the start, followed by a massage, I walked away feeling great! It was such a comfortable atmosphere and the session catered for my needs perfectly. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, I’ll definitely be back!

Brilliant massage. Second time going for a massage and cupping. Can’t fault it at all. Defo recomend to go there if you need anything like this done and more. Ollie is a really nice fella to which makes the visit a lot more enjoyable and worth it to

Amazing service! Ollie was interested in all the details about my issues and was able to plan a treatment tailored for this. The comparison in the way I was feeling before and after his treatment was massive. I feel much more confident to be able to do my sports now I don’t have to worry about feeling stiff. Will be returning and would recommend highly. 10/10

I went for a post event massage with Ollie as a result of feeling muscle soreness and tight hips from pre season football training/friendlies. Started with helpful mobilisation exercises to improve hip mobility and then a massage of my quads, hamstrings, and calf’s. Really good to ease muscle soreness and improve recovery… would definitely recommend at great value.

Extremely friendly and took time to hear my concerns. I can't wait to see the results and to go back for more treatments. I've used others in the area, some very well known, but dissatisfied with results and had regret in regards to my fillers. I feel I've found someone who truly understands and made me smile! Will definitely be returning for further treatment plans. Exceptionally spotless salon. Expert in his field. Thank you soooo very much
